The Clear and Simple Data Policy

The Swiss LSE Alumni Association (SLSEAA) and the LSE Alumnae and Alumni Foundation of Switzerland (LSEAAF) collect and store your personal information in data collections held in own and rented properties and will not share any part of these data collections with any third parties except in the following situations:

upon your specific written instruction to share specified personal information with named third parties for specific purposes

Foundation Donor Roll
Event attendees
LSE
other Colleges of the University of London

for providing you with goods and services through third parties domiciled in Switzerland who do not use your personal information for any other purposes

Swiss Post

to comply with Swiss laws, regulations, court decisions and the bylaws of both the Swiss LSE Alumni Association and the LSE Alumnae and Alumni Foundation of Switzerland

External auditors
Tax authorities
SLSEAA members (expulsions)

This Data Policy can only be amended by a three-fourths majority of Ordinary Members of the Swiss LSE Alumni Association with the unanimous consent of the Board of the LSE Alumnae and Alumni Foundation of Switzerland.
